Most women I know, who have breastfed, didn't have to ,use nursing pads,. Or not very long. I ,use, about a pair/day. I really like the Playtex ones. They have adhesive backing and are really absorbent & don't feel wet. They are the only ones I've ,used, since Lilly was born, but with my other babies, I remember having leakage problems ALL THE TIME!
